I soon found, after countless experiences later, that instead of addressing a difficult home life head-on, it was easier for me to retreat into an escapist fantasy and travel the world. 

For many, I believe that being in the other part of the world is going to be more enjoyable than staying home—and that sometimes can be down to your roots. 

Exploring and going on adventures provided me with a chance to become who I wanted to be, living life to its fullest each day that I kept from being back home. So instead of dealing with the issues at home, I took to the skies and let them go away. Every destination proved to be a new experience that allowed me to forget all the troubles at home and just focus on enjoying myself. Pushing me out of my comfort zone and teaching me valuable lessons about life is when I felt an urge of passion to change my life. 

I dared to return home and turn my life upside down. It was only then that I realized what it truly felt like to be alive. I began to dance within my dreams and follow them wherever they may take me.
